How do I cancel my product subscription?Updated 12 days ago
1. Log into your account (Login) - you'll receive a code to verify via email
2. Click on My Subscriptions
3. View Supplement Subscription - if multiple subscriptions, selectBundle Contents (verify this is the subscription you want to manage)
4. Select to Manage this Bundle
5. From here you can
- Reschedule to a different date
- Skip the next order
- Cancel the subscription
6. Be sure to verify the information you updated, as well as the shipping address
7. Please confirm your changes by clicking - Save
Once complete, you should receive an email with the cancellation status.
Please verify all active subscriptions on your account.
You can reactivate the subscription at any time by logging in, choosing the subscription, and clicking on 'Reactivate' .
