Health and Wellness Supplement Purchase:
The Pause Life's® No-Risk, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. Any customer dissatisfied with a product will receive a full product refund. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide the reason for your request. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days. We do NOT refund shipping. ALL requests are reviewed.
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.
Use our customer portal to verify order status, tracking information, and submit a return or refund request.
What we are responsible for:
- Orders not fulfilled within 3-5 business days, or if the fulfillment timeframe is extended due to peak season or an ongoing issue.
- Orders not delivered within 10 business days of shipping. We allocate carrier time to account for personnel, weather, or transportation issues that may arise. After 10 business days, we'll resolve the delivery issue with a replacement order or a refund.
- Defective or damaged products.
- Wrong or missing products.
What we are NOT responsible for:
- Orders not received due to the customer providing incorrect address information.
* Please verify your shipping address at checkout before completing your purchase. Often, third-party payment options automatically add default addresses.
- Orders placed by mistake.
- Customer cancellations once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
- Packages not delivered by the carrier’s estimated delivery date.
* The carrier may provide an estimated delivery date, but that is not a guaranteed delivery date from us.
We understand that situations arise, and we manage exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
You can use our customer portal to check the status of your delivery. As soon as your order is delivered, you can start a return or refund request by using the 'Return' link in the portal.

When will I receive my refund?
Refund requests are processed daily. However, your bank/original payment method may not be as quick as ours. Give them 3-5 business days to process the refund. For some financial institutions, it can take up to 10 business days.
