What is your product return and refund policy?Updated 3 days ago

Health and Wellness Product Purchase:

The Pause Life's® No-Risk, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. Any customer unsatisfied with a product will receive a full product refund. To claim a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product and provide the reason for your request. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.  Orders that are in the original shipping package, with the shipping seal intact, will be reviewed for return.  

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.  

The 'Pause Life® | The Pause Nutrition® is not responsible for refunding the following: 

- Orders not received due to customers providing incorrect address information. Please verify your purchase, including your shipping address, at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

- Orders placed by mistake.

- Customer cancellations once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.  

- Packages not delivered by the carrier’s estimated delivery date.

The carrier may provide an estimated delivery date, but that is not a guaranteed delivery date from us.

We understand that situations arise, and we manage exceptions on a case-by-case basis.  

You can use our customer portal to check the status of your delivery.  As soon as your order is delivered, you can start a return request by using the 'Return' link in the portal.

If you have any issues, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team by email for help.  We understand that sometimes situations occur, and we will manage requests on a case-by-case basis.  

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests are processed daily. However, your bank/original payment method may not be quite as quick as we are.  Give them 3-5 business days to process the refund.  For some financial institutions, it can take up to 10 business days.
