What is the difference between magnesium bisglycinate and glycinate?Updated 7 hours ago
Magnesium bisglycinate and glycinate are similar. Studies suggest that magnesium bisglycinate may be slightly more absorbable than magnesium glycinate. This is because the additional glycine molecule in bisglycinate may help to improve the stability and bioavailability of the magnesium.
Our Sleep product contains Albion® chelated magnesium bisglycinate to make it even more bioavailable as well as gentler on the GI.
