Adults take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bedtime, at roughly the same time each night. New to melatonin or sensitive? Start with ½ serving for 3–4 nights, then increase to 1 serving as needed. If you experience next-day grogginess, consider taking it earlier or reducing the serving to ½. Do not exceed the suggested use.
Everyone is different! You may only need one capsule (one-half serving) to feel the benefits of this supplement. It may also benefit you to take Sleep 2 hours before bedtime, as suggested above.
If necessary, the capsules can be opened and used in beverages or mixed with food.
