- Determine the status of the shipment to see if it can be resolved or if it is lost.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, verifying the correct shipping details with us can help prevent future delays. Once the order is received at the warehouse, we can resend the order (with the corrected address, as needed) or provide a refund.
If the order is determined to be lost-in-transit, we'll contact the carrier to see if they can locate the shipment. If they can't, we'll either resend the order or provide a refund.
