What do I do if my supplement order looks lost or was returned to sender?Updated 8 days ago

We understand the frustration of a shipment going astray. If your order has been determined to be lost in transit or returned to our warehouse, please get in touch with our customer service team.  We will:

  1. Collect information from you to confirm your order.
  2. Determine the status of the shipment to see if it can be resolved or if it is lost.
  3. Make sure you receive the product you paid for or issue a refund!  

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, verifying the correct shipping details with us can help prevent future delays.  

If the order is determined to be lost in transit, we'll contact the carrier to see if they can locate the shipment.  If they can't, we'll either resend the order or provide a refund.  

We are committed to making sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
