We give the shipping carriers at least 10 days domestic (from the date the carrier picks up) to complete delivery before we move forward with investigating any possibility of a shipment being lost in transit.
This allows the assigned carrier time to accommodate increased shipment volumes (such as during holidays), weather-related issues, or transportation and personnel challenges that may arise during the shipping process.
