What do I do if I received a damaged order or product?Updated 6 hours ago
We are so sorry if this has happened to you! While we have no control over the carrier delivery process or manufacturing defects, we want to make sure you are taken care of!
If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or contains damaged items, please contact our customer service team.
If you encounter any issues, such as a broken seal or a damaged product upon arrival, please take the following steps:
- Take a photo of the issue, capturing any damage to the shipping package, product, or seal, as well as any leakage.
- Additionally, photograph the container to provide the batch/lot number.
- Send these photos to our customer service team HERE.
- DO NOT throw away any defective product or damaged item, including the shipping box. These may be needed during the claim process or return.
Once we receive the information and photographs, we will initiate the process of sending you a replacement or providing a refund. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
