We give the shipping carriers 10-12 days for domestic delivery (from the date the carrier picks up) before we proceed with investigating any potential loss in transit.
This allows the assigned carrier time to accommodate increased shipment volumes (such as during holidays), weather-related issues, or transportation and personnel challenges that may arise during the shipping process.
