Is your protein grass-fed sourced?Updated a month ago

No, our Protein + Creatine supplement is not sourced from "grass-fed" cows. However, that doesn't mean it is a lower-quality product. Terms like “grass-fed” on dairy aren’t tightly regulated, and they don’t always tell the whole story.

We wanted to offer a reliable, quality product with a cost-effective price for the combination of two products in one. We weighed the benefits of both regular whey and grass-fed whey, and surprisingly found that there wasn't much difference. We source our regular whey from a premium supplier to ensure quality, the absence of rBST/rBGH hormones, and humane animal treatment.

Regular whey doesn’t automatically mean the cows never ate grass—it often just means their diet may have included other feed at some point.  It is the type of feed that is important.

What matters most to us is quality and responsible sourcing. We work with reputable suppliers who prioritize animal care and consistent product quality, so you get a high-quality whey protein regardless of whether “grass-fed” appears on the label.

Core performance benefits:
For muscle-related benefits (Muscle Protein Synthesis, recovery, strength), both regular whey and grass-fed deliver essentially the same at matched protein and leucine. In the end, the most significant difference was sourcing and a minor fatty-acid edge from grass-fed.

We encourage you to do your own research, and if you are interested in a high-quality product, our protein supplement can help fill any gaps when you fall short of protein at meals or snacks.
