If your order is unfulfilled, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will check the status of your order.  

If it is a subscription order, we may be able to update the products in your order.  

If it is a one-time order, we may be able to cancel the order so you can place a new order with the updated products.  

If your order has been fulfilled, there is no guarantee we can stop the order from shipping.
