How do I cancel my product subscription?Updated 6 days ago
1. Log into your account (Login) - you'll receive a code to verify via email
2. Click on My Subscriptions
3. Under Your Next Order, Supplement Subscription --> select Edit
4. From here, you can
- Reschedule to a different date
- Skip the next order
- Cancel the subscription, scroll to the bottom
5. Please confirm your changes by clicking - Save
If you cancel, you should receive an email with the cancellation status.
Please verify all active subscriptions on your account.
You can reactivate the subscription at any time by logging in, choosing the subscription, and clicking on 'Reactivate' .
