Does an HSA/FSA Letter of Medical Necessity Work for Past Purchases?Updated 4 hours ago

Completion of the qualification survey process signals the start of the patient-provider relationship.  Due to compliance reasons, Truemed is not able to backdate a letter of medical necessity to a time before the establishment of that relationship.  

A provided letter of medical necessity will only be accepted for purchases made during the active dates specified on the letter.
