Yes! We send an upcoming order notification email to you 4 days before the order is due to process. This gives you time to make any changes to your supplement subscription order by skipping the order or adjusting one or more products.
Be sure to login to your account. If you are experiencing issues logging in or see your account but do not see any active subscriptions listed, please refer to the information here for further assistance.
Tips:
* If you have Multiple subscriptions - they will process together ONLY IF the order dates are the same or fall within 7 days of one another. This only applies when your shipping address and payment are the same for all applicable subscriptions. This could result in reduced shipping costs and allow us to apply combined discounts under our Buy More, Save More program, based on the total number of items in the combined order.
* Different Frequencies - When subscriptions are shipped separately due to frequency (monthly, every 2 months, etc), you will receive the Buy More, Save More discount that applies to the number of items in that order.
Example: You purchase Omega monthly and Turmeric every other month. Monthly, you will receive Omega as one item and receive only the subscription discount. Every two months, you will receive both Omega and Turmeric in a combined order, eligible for the Buy More, Save More discount of 5% on 2 items, in addition to the subscription discount on the order.
