We're excited to share an update to our Omega-3 capsule. We've given the capsule a new, slimmer shape to make it easier to swallow, while keeping the same high-quality ingredients and formula you know and trust, providing three of the most common nutrient gaps for women in midlife in one daily serving.
What's Inside
Each daily serving continues to provide:
- EPA - Supports heart health and a healthy inflammatory response.*
- DHA - Supports brain and eye health.*
- Vitamin D3 (4,000 IU) - Supports calcium absorption, bone health, and immune health.*
- Vitamin K2 MK-7 (120 mcg) - Supports bone and vascular health by helping direct calcium where it's needed.*
Because vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, they are best absorbed when taken alongside dietary fat. The Omega-3 oil in the softgel provides a source of fat to complement these nutrients.
