Why is 4,000 UI of vitamin D included in the Omega-3?Updated a day ago

The Omega-3 supplement with vitamin D and vitamin K contains 4,000 IU of vitamin D, which is the upper limit of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) considered safe for consumption.

Each capsule contains approximately 1,000 IU, which can be taken in divided doses.

Most people are deficient in Vitamin D and require more than the average RDA of 600 IU. This can be particularly important for women in perimenopause and menopause.

Having this conversation with your practitioner, who can test you for any deficiency and prescribe you the proper Vitamin D dosage specific to your situation, is essential.

Please consult your healthcare practitioner for any questions or concerns regarding the addition or update of Vitamin D and Omega-3 to your supplement routine.
