Why hasn't my order shipped?Updated 2 days ago

Our goal is to fulfill and ship your order within 2-4 business days; 5 business days if over a holiday/holiday weekend or during a period of increased fulfillment volume or when there might be weather delays.  When an extenuating circumstance occurs, we aim to communicate the cause of the delay.
