If you're facing difficulties logging into your account to manage your information, see order history or manage your subscription, take the following steps:
- Check your inbox including spam/junk folders for an account invite from The 'Pause Life. This would have been sent to you when you made your first purchase.
- If you requested a password reset link, it will arrive to you via email. You must have activated your account first before the password reset link will work.
- Contact our supplements Customer Service Team for assistance.
Once your account is activated, you can login HERE and manage your account.
Your subscription can also be canceled upon request, and you can reactivate it later if you choose. Our team is here to ensure your account is managed according to your preferences.
