What is your supplement return|refund policy?Updated a month ago
The Pause Nutrition®’s No-Risk, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. Any customer not completely satisfied with the product will receive a full product refund. To maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept product returns that have been unboxed from the original shipping package. To claim a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of product. Refunds will not be given after 30 days.
When will I receive my refund? Refund requests are processed daily. Just remember that your bank may not be quite as quick as we are. Give them 3-5 business days to process the refund request.

- Orders not received due to customer providing incorrect address information.
- Orders placed by mistake.
- Customer's changing their mind once order has fulfilled and shipped.
- Packages not delivered by an assumed delivery date. (The carrier may provide an estimated delivery date, but that is determined by the carrier and not a guarantee of delivery from us.)
