What is the Belly Fat Blast Challenge?Updated a month ago

The Belly Fat Blast (BFB) challenge focuses on getting recommended fiber, limiting added sugar, including exercise and stress reduction, and limiting alcohol intake.  You can start the challenge at any time!

The Belly Fat Blast Challenge is a great way to ease your way into, or continue with, The Galveston Diet (TGD) lifestyle.

Please consider:
  • Tracking Macros (net carbs, protein, fat) is not required (or expected) during this challenge.
  • If you are new, we recommend focusing on the 5 key areas (listed in the guidebook) of the Belly Fat Blast Challenge for 28 days before diving into other aspects of the Galveston Diet. Implementing both at the same time can cause overwhelm and frustration.
  • If you are already following TGD, the Belly Fat Blast is a great way to refocus your efforts or continue your individual accountability by participating in the challenge.
Note: We encourage all participants to verify they are good to participate in a challenge of this nature by checking in with their healthcare practitioner before starting.
