What do I do if my supplement order is delayed or not moving?Updated 7 days ago

We give the shipping carriers at least 10 days domestic (from the date the carrier picks up) to complete delivery before we move forward with investigating any possibility of a shipment being lost in transit. 

This offers the assigned carrier time to accommodate increased shipment volumes (think holidays), weather, or transportation and personnel issues they may have in the shipping process.  

Please check the tracking history and keep an eye on order movement.
