What do I do if I received a damaged supplement?Updated a month ago
If you encounter any issues such as a broken seal or a damaged product upon arrival, please take the following steps:
- Take a photo of the issue, capturing the damage to the product, seal or any leakage.
- Additionally, photograph the bottom of the container to provide us with the batch/lot number.
- Send these photos to our customer service team HERE for further assistance.
- DO NOT throw away any defective product or damaged item, to include the shipping box. These may be needed during the claim process or return.
Once we receive the information and photographs, we will initiate the process of sending you a replacement. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
