What are some tips for taking your collagen supplement?Updated 8 days ago
If you are new to our Skin & Bone collagen, you may want to start with 1/4 scoop and gradually increase to 2 scoops over a few weeks.
If you are Intermittently Fasting, taking collagen during your eating window is recommended, as it contains calories.
Adding collagen into your routine:
- Add the collagen into a glass, then add water and stir, or use a shaker bottle. Add ice to keep it chilled!
- Blend into Smoothies: add to your smoothie before blending.
- Collagen can be added to hot or cold beverages. Mix into your cup, and enjoy!
- Add to Tea: the light flavor notes complement many teas; alternatively, use our unflavored.
- Mix with Yogurt or a yogurt parfait with goodies such as berries.
- Combine with one of our other The Pause Nutrition® supplements, such as Fiber GDX or Creatine.
- Stay hydrated!
