What are some tips for taking your collagen supplement?Updated 7 days ago

If you are new to taking collagen, you may want to begin with 1/4 scoop and slowly increase to 1-2 scoops (depending on the product) over a few weeks. 

If you are Intermittently Fasting, taking collagen during your eating window is recommended, as it contains calories. 

Adding collagen into your routine:
  • Add the collagen into a glass, then add water and stir, or use a shaker bottle.  Add ice to keep it chilled!
  • Blend into Smoothies: add to your smoothie preparation before you blend. 
  • Collagen can be added to hot or cold beverages. Mix into your cup, and enjoy! 
  • Add to Tea: the light flavor notes complement many teas, or you can use our unflavored.
  • Mix with Yogurt or a yogurt parfait with goodies such as berries.
  • Combine with one of our other The Pause Nutrition® supplements, such as Fiber GDX or Creatine.  
  • Stay hydrated!
