Here are a few tips on how you can include our collagen supplements in your routine. Here are some simple suggestions:
- Pour the recommended amount of Skin Boost Plus® collagen or Skin & Bone collagen into a glass of water and stir or use a shaker bottle. Add ice to keep it chilled!
