I need help with my Amazon Shipping order.Updated a month ago
Your order may ship via Amazon Shipping. If this is the case, you will receive tracking updates via Amazon Shipping. You may also see updates that connect you to a portal of your Amazon account.
- For those who have an Amazon account, this offers you an option to make delivery updates and receive tracking updates via SMS.
- If Amazon Shipping provides an estimated delivery date, this is NOT a delivery guarantee from The Pause Nutrition®. Amazon Shipping has provided an estimated date for delivery, of which we find changes often.
- If Amazon Shipping updates tracking with a delayed message, it may tell you to reach out to The Pause Nutrition®. Please verify how long your order has been in transit (from the time it was picked up by the carrier) before contacting our customer support.
- We allow 10 days for domestic and 21 days for international orders to offer the carrier time to make deliver in case of weather, personnel, shipping and other issues that may affect transit.
- You may see that Amazon Shipping has provided a USPS tracking number (amazon tracking will start with a 'T', USPS will not). This may be due to the address location and Amazon Shipping limitations. Amazon partners with USPS to make final delivery in this case; you may want to use the USPS website to see additional tracking information for your order.
