If you have attempted to sign up for one of Dr. Haver's challenges (Belly Fat Blast, Sugar Detox, or 'Pause Strong), or an email communication, and have not received any emails or are having issues signing up, you may have unsubscribed from our email communications at some point. If you did unsubscribe, we can't legally send you marketing communications.
If you have not unsubscribed but are having issues signing up, please verify that the information you are entering is correct and that the email address you are using is in the proper format. Sometimes, incorrect information will prevent the sign-up process from completing.
It may also take a few hours to receive the emails. It could be helpful to search for emails from The 'Pause Life. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox.
