How do I skip a product subscription / autoship order?Updated 2 hours ago
We are happy to assist with instructions on how to skip your next order(s).
You can easily delay any product or the entire order from the Upcoming Order Notification email or SMS. If you didn't receive the email/SMS or can't find it, please follow the steps below:
To skip one item in the order:
2. Click on "Subscriptions" on the left side of the screen
3. You will see all products you are currently subscribed to
4. If you go to the product you would like to skip, click "Edit Options" under that subscription.
See the screenshot below (this is not your portal/subscriptions, just an example):

5. On the next screen, if you click "More Actions," you will see the option to Skip or Reschedule that item

6. Select "Skip" and then confirm your choice to skip this item from your next delivery.
Note: All other items in the delivery will be processed as scheduled unless you repeat the steps above.
To Skip all Items in the next Order Delivery:
1. Log in to your account using this link
2. At the top of the screen, you will see "Your next order processes on XXXXXX"
3. Click "View and Manage Order"
4. On the next screen, select "More Actions," and you can then either Skip or reschedule all items.
5. Skip: Will skip the next scheduled delivery, and the entire order will process on the following scheduled delivery
6. Reschedule: Allows you to reschedule all items from the delivery
7. Select your preferred delivery and then click "Reschedule" to save the change
