How do I manage my payment, billing or email information for my supplement account?Updated 25 days ago

Email: if you to update your email address, please contact us through the chat box or reach out to our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist in updating your email information.  

Payment options available are through credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo.  These options are available at checkout.  

Please be aware that our system does not maintain the ability to adjust billing information and we can only view billing address information and see the type of payment used.  

If you do NOT have a subscription, you can update your billing information when you make your next one-time purchase.  If using a third party payment like PayPal, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo PLEASE verify your shipping address when you update payment information and also at checkout before you complete your purchase.  

Subscription Billing: you can update your payment method by logging into your account HERE, clicking on My Subscriptionsthen on either edit payment information under the next upcoming oder or the Address and Payment Details tab.  You can then choose to update one of the payment methods listed by requesting a payment link.  


If your payment method is via Shop Pay, please use the following information:

Please use the following link to Shop Pay to login to your Shop account and then follow the instructions below to update your billing/payment information.  Once that is done, it should reflect in your supplement subscription account.  Please login to verify that the new information has been updated.  (It may take a few hours to reflect in your account.)

Update Billing/Payment Information:
  1. From the Account tab in Shop, tap the Account menu.
  2. Tap Settings > Payment methods/Cards.
  3. Do any of the following: 
  • To add a credit card, tap the + icon, enter your card details, and then tap Save card.
  • To delete a credit card, tap on the credit card you'd like to delete, and then tap Delete.
  • To change your billing address on an existing card, you need to delete and then re-add your card.
OR, if you have it tied to a subscription listed in your Shop Pay Account:

Go to the hamburger in the upper right corner, select recurring orders.
Scroll down to see Subscriptions as an option at the bottom.  

Edit your subscription order payment method

You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription order by either choosing another card, or by adding a new card to Shop Pay. 
  1. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit. 
  2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  3. Do one of the following: 
  • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
  • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.
  1. Click Update.
Remove Shop Pay as a payment method from your subscription
  1. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to remove Shop Pay from.
  2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  3. Click Remove Shop Pay to remove your payment method from your subscription, and then click Remove Shop Pay again to confirm.
  4. Optional: To manage your subscription, you need to visit the online store that you purchased from. Removing Shop Pay as a payment method doesn't cancel your subscription order.
