How do I cancel my product subscription / autoship?Updated 2 hours ago
Log in to your account using this link, and you will see all of your current subscriptions listed under "Active Subscriptions". If you go to the product you would like to cancel, click "Edit Options" under that subscription. Please see the image below as an example:
On the right side of the next screen, you will see "Cancel this subscription". If you click this, you will be able to cancel the subscription, and it will then be found under your "Inactive Subscriptions".

You will need to complete this process for each product you would like to cancel.
