How do I begin using the weighted vest?Updated a day ago

We encourage you to discuss the use of a weighted vest with your healthcare practitioner before you begin.

It is best to start with approximately 5-10% of your body weight, or what is recommended by your practitioner.

Inspect & adjust:

Before you wear, inspect for any material issues with straps or weighted pads.  Adjust straps to wear snug and centered, but not too tight.

To begin:

Start slow, just 10–15 minutes at a time, and gradually increase as you adapt. Avoid high-impact movements until fully acclimated, and allow time for rest and recovery to support long-term results.

Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or pain.
