Can I add or remove product in my order?Updated a month ago
If your order is unfulfilled, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will check the status of your order.
If your order has been fulfilled, there is no guarantee we can stop the order from shipping.
To manage/edit an upcoming order, go to Orders in your customer portal. You will then see details of your next order and can select "View and manage order".
On the next page, you will see your current order summary on the right.

TO ADD PRODUCT:
On the left are suggested products you can "Add to Order" or select "View All" to see all products that can be added.
Once you select the item, you can then choose if it is a one-time order or a subscription, and the frequency you prefer.
At the bottom, select "Add to Order" and repeat the process if you have other products you would like to add.
TO REMOVE PRODUCTS:
From your customer portal, go to your "Subscriptions" tab and locate the product you would like to remove. Select "Edit Options":

For a one-time order, select "Remove Product" on the next page, or Reschedule to still receive the item but on a different delivery date:

For a subscription, you can select Reschedule, Skip, Cancel this Subscription, or Swap for a different product:
