For subscription reimbursement you will need to use your regular credit card, complete a health assessment, and follow the instructions on how to submit for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA Administrator here: 

1. Understand your LMN

2. Identify your HSA/FSA Administrator

3. Log into your HSA/FSA Administrator’s Online Portal

4. Locate the ‘Reimbursement’ or ‘Claims’ section

5. Submit your LMN and Receipt

6. Await Confirmation

7. Repeat for future receipts
