How do I reset my Meals Password?
To reset your password, please reach out to the Mealogic support team at [email protected]. They will be able to further assist you.
Can I change my order?
If you place an order (or have a standing subscription),you can edit your order any time during the weekly menu period (Friday morning to Thursday midnight EST). Once the ordering window is closed, the order cannot be changed.
When is the deadline to place an order?
You can place their first order any time before Thursdays at midnight EST and you will receive your meals the following week.
What if I need to cancel a delivery?
You can pause or cancel their orders within your user dashboard before the Thursday night deadline (midnight EST). If the deadline has passed, you can reach out to the Mealogic support team at [email protected] for help canceling your order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription order:
Go to Meal Delivery.
Once logged in, you'll be taken to your Dashboard.
Select the order that you would like to cancel.
Scroll down and below your Order Summary you will see 'Cancel Subscription'.
Once you click that, you will be taken to the Order Status page. Select 'Cancel Order'.
A pop-out will appear. Please let us know how we could have done better and feel free to provide us with further feedback on the following step once you select 'Continue to Cancel'.
Once you've hit 'Cancel Order' on the final step, the cancel button will turn green with a check mark and you will be redirected to your Dashboard.
Note: If you cancel an order but choose to come back at a later date you will have to re-enter your meal preferences and dietary restrictions. If you are on a subscription and just need a break, consider pausing your order for up to 4 weeks or switching to a one-time order.
If you are canceling your order, please be sure to do it before our order deadline on Thursday at 11:59pm (EST).
How can I pause my subscription?
If you need to skip a week of deliveries, you can pause delivery in your dashboard. Simply click “MANAGE UPCOMING DELIVERIES” and skip as many weeks as needed.
To permanently cancel a subscription, scroll to the bottom of the page, select “Manage Subscription”, and then cancel.
How do I change my payment method/credit card?
How to add a new card to your account:
Once signed in, hover over your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select 'Account Settings'.
Scroll down to view your 'Billing Info' or select the 'Billing Info' tab on the menu to the left-hand side.
Select 'Add a payment card'.
Enter all of your billing information, and make sure you have selected this as your default payment.
To save, hit the button that says 'Add Card'.
The page will refresh and you should see a banner that informs you the card was added successfully.
How to add a new card to an order:
Once logged in, go to your Dashboard.
Select the order that you want to make changes to.
Scroll down to find the 'Payment Method' section on your right and click 'Edit'.
Select the payment method you would like to use from the dropdown menu.
Be sure to save your changes!
Note: All changes to billing must be made before the order deadline closes on Thursday at 11:59pm EST.
